IG video quality

Hello everyone,,
I've been struggling w/ the quality tech news free netflix of my videos when uploaded to Instagram. They look nice and crisp in my camera roll but when uploaded to my feed the quality is worse. Anyone know how to upload in high quality? I edited the video in Premiere and just airdrop'ed it to my phone btw. Thanks!
