Transferring elektor gerber RS-274D format to RS-274X

I have some gerber files that were created by Elektor using ultiboard. Since these are old files they are in the RS-274D format.
My question is if somebody knows of any software that can do this migration from RS-274D to RS-274X and that can handle the old aperture file format used by ultiboard?
