We manage the gardens of a hotel. I would like to plant some new herbs/flowers/plants/trees. I thought maybe I should ask your help since I'm kinda out of inspiration.

You did not mention where is your hotel situated and what is the size of the area , You can try english lavender, Traveler Palm or Strelitzia Nicolai and for small pots you can try blyxa japonica.
