10MHz Reference - June 2018

I want to build a 10Mhz reference.

This june 2018 circuit is very neat.

Does anyone know if there is a PCB avaialable and also how to progrma the PIC - its a PIC16F1778 the programmer they tell to use - cannot be used to program it.

Great.

Can anyone help as the rest of the parts are easily obtainable so it would make a low cost reference.

The other one of 2016 is better,. but a lot more money to build.

I have built the circuit but the oscillator does not lock to the 1pps signal. The DAC output changes to a value that is not correct. I wonder, did anyone got that 10MHz reference working? Perhaps it is better to make the 2016 version or to buy a module on the internet.
