Chip then configure

Hi when i click on chip then configure instead of getting PICmicro Confiuration (simple)-slot2 I get a box with configure as title and under it Enter any required_CONFIG data with a blank box under it to put something in can any body tell me whats wrong and how to put it right This is with flowcode 4
