There's been a lot of publicity recently in the UK about a 'teenager deterrent' using 16kHz sounds - just type 'mosquito teenager deterrent' into Google.
The unit is on sale commercially for around £600 (1000 euro).
Leaving aside the moral issues, which can be discussed for ever - anyone already exploring a home-made alternative?
