It seems not possible to locate STW38NB20 or IRFB41N15.
I can get STW50NB20.
The STW50NB20 is recommended for TA3020 from the Tripath application note.
Can I use STW50NB20 for the ClariTy amp?
If yes, can I use up to+/-90V as described in the Tripath application note?

Did you use the STW50NB20?
did you make any modifications to the amp and how is the performance?

I'm stuck at the moment as i cannot get the STW38NB20 fets.

STW50 is not the best alternative, I finally used STW34NB20 without any modification.
The sound is really good for a class T amp, much better than B & O icepower but is not at the level of a good valve amp.
