Hi I found a open source PCB design software called "Kicad"

I downloaded the software and installed it, it was dated 2007-11-29, so then I printed off a 16 page tutorial instructions that was dated 2006, I got so far and one of the steps did not work, so then I found new updated 36 instructions dated 2011. those instructions uses software 2010-05-05,

So I think why not download the new software, so I found something, all the time while downloading the software, it was telling me it was "2010-05-05" so while I was downloading it (about 77 meg in file size) I uninsulated the old software, when it finished downloading I installed it, as soon as it starts installing it gives the date as 2007-11-29, then I opened it up and sure is the software from 2007-11-29.

---- solved -----
OK forget about the rant, I went back to the KICAD website and downloaded from their (I hope it works out) instead of using google "kicad download" download is 2012-01-19
