Hi,

I have small problem with the wheel eccentric on top from the Z axis.
The wheel eccentric is not in center (See Picture).

Can you help me ?

Best Regards
Olivier

Hi Oliver,
This is a big displacement. If you compare the way the wheel is mounted with the other wheels (it is symmetrical) can you notice any difference?
I can't remember exactly how these excenter wheels were installed, but i think there was a metal strip underneath with a kind of oval hole they had to fit in...
It looks as if your displacement is exactly the thickness of this metal strip. Could it be the wheel is not fitting in this hole?

I think you have to open the axis and get a better visual inspection.

Good luck...

Great documentation Hessel!

(Nooit weghalen!)

Oliver,
Indeed I am wondering if my suggestion could be the problem.
That means there has been made a mistake during the build.
Did you build it yourself?
You'll definitly have to dismantel it and you'll see what went wrong.
(I hope you didn't exchange parts, then you'll have to search for the counterparts you've mixed up , or is it a Colinbus hiccup again )
