These are unused NOS, still in original storage tubes/trays. Sourced from Digikey iirc; certainly not China, they are genuine parts!

The MJL4302A/MJL4281A pairs especially are terrific high-quality output transistors.

Total numbers I have shown (100x etc) are approx., I probably have more. It was just a quick count of one of my storage drawers. I've tried to price at about 1/3 of Farnell's prices - check out Farnell if you wish. Prices are per transistor.

Please make a total of £20 or more (it's not worth the cost of posting for less), and add £5 for postage. I'm willing to talk prices, especially if you want a lot. Collection (from near Rawtenstall, Lancs) is possible to save postage.
