Title basically says it all

I have seen the "Dog Whistle for Ronja" project but am unable to figure out what sort of Piezo is required for this project. This project is able to vary the frequency over a range of about 10KHz to 22KHz, but the piezo's I see for purchase seem to have specific frequencies attached to them. Can you inform me on the differences in the Piezo sound devices as well as toss out a part from an online store that would have one that would fit the bill?
Thanks

Yes, but I cant seem to find one that accepts the range of frequencies specified in the circuit...10KHz - 22kHZ or thereabouts.'
