Mazda 6 HELP.....!!

I just builded the elektor project and to test if the module worked I pluged it in my brand new Mazda 6 I had no PC connected. All the led's on the module worked correct. Now the engine error lamp is on all the time. What is happend and how do I turn it to normal.

I connected the EOBD to my Mazda 6 and a PC with Scanmaster. Now I could se to DTC codes in the list P01C1 ? and P2100. Now do this come when I plug in the EOBD or is the car having problems ?
If i clear the DTC log the engine Error lamp turns off but is this the right way ?. The engine error lamp turns on when the green led on EOBD turns on "spooky".
