Someone was asking for the pin-out for the green connector on the back of a PCBBOX...
I too asked Colinbus for the details a couple of years ago, with no reply
So I carefully measured out the pins....
Assume the bottom pin (closest to the USB connector) is Pin 1:
Pin 1 = 24volts DC
Pin 2 = ??
Pin 3 = ??
Pin 4 = Open collector output which goes low when the spindle motor is running.
Pin 5 = 0v
Pins 6-8 = ??
I connected a (suitably rated) 24vDC relay between Pin 1 and Pin 4 and the contacts switches the vacuum.
Having said the above, my controller board has now developed a short across the 48vDC input (before anyone asks, it was not due to the relay connection to the vacuum!!). I've removed the two TL2575HV switching regulators and their input capacitors - still shorted across the 48vDC rail

I'd be very grateful for any ideas, or circuit.
