article PCB 926032

Hi

I have a PCB with the number 926032. I think 92 means that it's from 1992 and that's
the time I build it. Now I wanne repair it.
I don't have The Elektuur with the pcb and the article anymore.
Is there anybody who can copy this article for me.
I asked Elektro and they promised to do it for me but after that answer
nothing happened.
Maybe someone of the forum can help me.
