Ive made the project using the PIC from Elektor electronics, I installed all of the relevent drivers and Freestyler programe which looks very impressive.
My computer reconises the USB DMX convertor has been plugged in so the PIC must be working. When I plug a light fixture in it just does not respond to the signal instead it goes to the preset programs in the light. The DMX definatly works on the light from a normal DMX controller. I have been over the PCB and everything seems fine.
I don't know what to do.
