ElektorBus not working

Can´t get the ElektorBus to communicate. Since i´m new to this the problem is probably some small detail that i missed somewhere. I´ve read all the info, but only get confused.

Hello, I have a working ElektorBus and implemented most of the
software as posted in the magazine in the period June 2011 - 2012.
