Arduino UNO Interfacing, How to do it?

Postby quickengprojects » Fri Aug 31, 2018 9:23 am

Hi,

I am working on a project. I want to control motors using Arduino UNO. However, the sensors incorporated on my robot require a separate signal for which I bought Raspberry Pi. I just wanted to confirm, is there any way to interface Arduino UNO module with the Raspberry Pi without combining sensors and motors, I want to control them separately i.e. motors through Arduino UNO and Sensors through Raspberry Pi.

Blessings,

Hi,

Yeah you can quite easily interface Arduino UNO with Pi 3 via serial port. You can send data between the two with this port quite easily. IF you need help in implementing it then let me know. I will give you some tutorials on it.

Thanks.
