Underfloor frost detector.

I store certain things underfloor and must not get below 5 degrees or above say 18 degrees. I need an electronic detector powered by battery (that can last under frost conditions) or maybe by mains that can sound and light (remoted led say).

Not done circuitry for some time.

Suggestions welcome.
