I have small problem to settings the X axis. The axis is hard.
Are you tips for settings this ?

The X axis is really hard to turn. I can not put the threaded rod correctly. I see that when the rod rotates the ball bearing moving into housing.
Are you tips for set correctly the rod ?

Could it be that this is toooo tight ?
Check space on both sides of the clamp.

Well if there is space on both sides that runs free.
Next problem some people had was that if both axes where not quite good fitted into the clamp, the clamp is fitted more or less obligue in comparison to the central axis of the rod.
Can that be the problem ?
Another is that all the parts are spread soooo wide that this induces friction somewhere from left to right (so may be on the other side : at the ball bearing).
Problems there ?
Try to locate on which side of our Z axis is in fact the problem.

I confirm the problem is the clamp (very low quality).
I search to replace the clamp.
