Umtaush von Defekten Komponenten

Hallo Elektor Redaktion,

ich habe Probleme mit meine PICtail Audiokarte. Gibt es ein umtausch Verfahren? Wenn ja können Sie mir bitte sagen wo er steht bzw. vielleicht können Sie hier ihn kurz erläutern.

Joe's faulty card was duly received and repaired by my collegaue Luc Lemmens in the design lab. Luc secured the loudspeaker again on the board and soldered its connections. The card is now used on our own Explorer-16 development system and suddenly speaks four languages

update 12.3.2007.
some confusion at this side: the card we repaired was returned as faulty by another reader (not on this forum). Joeys card is also eligible for free replacement.
