Atmel WINC1500 Board “Test_Root.cer”

I am trying to Download Certificate File from Atmel Winc1500 following this link from Atmel.

In page 25 (Section 5.2), it`s written that "It is assumed that you already have your “Test_Root.cer” file."
But i can`t find the file .
I already did the firmware update
Can anyone please tell me how to do this? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks
