FT232R Drivers for RFID Reader 060132-91

I am trying to get my Elektor RFID reader 060132-91 working with my new HP Envy 4 Win7 laptop. The first problem I have is getting a driver for the FT232R USB interface. Using the Microsoft USB reader, I see that the Vid & Pid are different from the ones supported by FTDI. How can I get this going?

Hi jclark,

I believe you need to update both the controller program as well as the smartcard communications program. Sorry that it is in German, but try this site for more information and downloads for the required updates:
