Profiler als 3D Scanner?

Hallo Profiler Freunde,
gibt es eine Software damit man den Profiler als 3D Scanner
verwenden kann? Zum Beispiel mit einem Eingang auf die Z-Achse montieren und solange runterfahren bis dieser schaltet?

Ist es möglich Pertinax (Isoliermaterial) zu fräsen

If pertinax is the same as "Delrin" (Dupont) the answer is that is extremely good "millable". Never melting. Info from another CNC miller who uses it frequently.

Pertinax ist nicht das gleiche wie Delrin. Pertinax ist früher fiel faltig gebraucht für elektro Platinen.

Dass es sich leicht Fräsen last ist wieder es was anders.

Hallo Hessel,

Pertinax besteht hauptsächlich aus gepreßtem Papier. Früher wurde Öl als Bindemittel verwendet, heute verwendet man dafür Kunststoffe. Da Pertinax gute Isolationseigenschaften hat wurde es in der Elektrik und Elektronik verwendet. Erste Platinen in Radios z. B. bestanden aus Pertinax. Heute noch wird Pertinax gern von Modellbauern verwendet, da es sich leicht bearbeiten, kleben und lackieren läßt.

Vor Gebrauch von Pertinax sollte man sich über die möglicherweise schädlichen Bindemittel informieren.

Pertinax consists mainly of pressed paper. Formerly oil was used as binding agent today one employs epoxies for that. Since Pertinax has good insulation characteristics, it was used in the electrical field and electronics. Early motherboards in radio receivers, for example, consisted of Pertinax. Today Pertinax is still employed with pleasure by model builders, since it is easily to work with, to glue and to lacquer.

Before use of Pertinax one should find out about the possibly noxious binding agents.
