Yes Ian,

Colinbus had to change some code on your machine and it's all done.
After this, it works great !
So contact them.

An update...

After speaking to Colinbus (who were prompt to reply and most helpful- even on a weekend) I've found some code in my files that was adding the border.

I think it come from plt2cbr, where I ask the machine to go to the park position when finished. This sends the machine to its extreme Y position, colidrive sees this value and assumes it's a part of the design. The later version ignores it. Colidrive sends the head to its park position anyway so I can just delete this part of the file. And bingo, problem solved.

So I've fixed the problem (with much help) and learnt a bit about the .cbr code. Good day all round.

By the way Hessel, I like the look of that T-plate you've got. It seems a lot more affordable than the colinbus product. I can see me spending a lot more money on this!
