Something about MAX807NEWE in the circuit

Hi~all thanks for reading my post.I met some troubles in my circuit which is a school project. I am here cause I know that someone here has ability to help me out .My first language is not English and I feel terrible in the English grammar. So please forgive me if there are any wrongs in grammar.

Maybe my question is quiet simple for you:
In this circuit,the chip I used is MAX807NEWE,This is MAX807NEWE's datasheet: http://www.kynix.com/uploadfiles/pdf9675/MAX807NEWE2bT_674489.pdf . I would like to know how big the resistance that I need to choose so that my circuit can operate normally? How to calculate it?
