Video Quality

Hello everyone,,
Every time I try to watch a video, the quality starts out fine, then it gets blurry after about 5 seconds and is blurry for the rest of the video. Once the video restarts its repeats the process. Is there any way to fix this because I Appvalley CyberGhost ExpressVPN can't watch videos because of this any more.

I have a galaxy s7 if that has anything to do with it.
