Generate a signal in SAMD21 n transmit it Via WINC1500

I am new to microcontrollers and trying to learn as quickly as possible. I got a SAMD21 Board with WINC1500 on its EXT1 Slot. How can i generate a signal in the board (and after do i need to filter it?) and send the signal to a server or another board (I have a SAMW25 BOARD ).
