Hello!

I was trying to interface HD44780 LCD to the R8C module using the code patches mentioned in the April 2006 issue. But it is not working. Help is required!

Sayyid, have a look at the software other readers produced for our R8C Design Contest. We will publish the Contest results in the November 2006 issue, along with free downloads for all competition entries received.

A number of entries employ an LCD of some kind and you may find the control software useful as a basis for your own appplication.
