I need a software that can find a certain object recognition, let's say a red car in a folder of images. The red car object that will be used to search will either be an image that red car or an image that contains this red car and I will select/mark it as the object I want to search on other images.

Hi, can't say about object recognition, but here is article about facial recognition, perhaps the technology used here can be used for your case too.
