Reflow Oven - Elektor/Eurocircuits

Hi,

Does anyone know when the new version of the Reflow Oven from Elektor/Eurocircuits will be available ?.

Seems to have been unavailable for many months.

Also - does anyone know of the approximate price ?.

Hi,

To add, i checked the website and you have to order to obtain the price. Currently £3,000.

I have searched the web, and desktop reflow ovens range from £250 (this is still purpose built) to £850. They seem primarily Chinese manufactured - which i assume the Eurocircuits one is too.

So, why is the Eurocircuits reflow oven at least 3.5x the cost of others ?. (surely reworking the interface, redesign of enclosure is not the cause ???).
