ATM18 AVR Board PCBs and CAD & Gerber files!!!!

I'm keen to build the boards that form the basis of the ATM18 AVR project, which appears on page 40 of Elektor 4/2008. Sadly, the ATM18 AVR Board PCBs are no longer available.
To enable me to make a batch of my own using an PCB manufactures, are the original CAD/Eagles files and associated Gerber files available for the following?
*ATM18 Controller module
*ATM18-Testboard VidMate Mobdro Tencent Gaming Buddy
