ESR / C tester problem!!!
Posted: Sun Jan 20, 2019 5:39 pm've just finished soldering this tester, IC and PCB were bought directly from Elektor.
Problem is that it does not work.
When I start it there's only "barcode" like thing on the display.
I've checked all soldering points, all IC's are on sockets, voltages on power pins are all ok.
I'm using "white" 2x16 LCD and have tried to change it with a blue background one.
