What is the guarantee of Elektor Wheelie?
If any component fails is exchanged in the period of guarantee?

I don't think that there are special warranty rules for the wheelie. At löeast there is nothing to read like this 
Therefore the standard warranty rules will be effective as they are for all kind of products in my eyes. UK rules in UK, French rules in France, Dutch rules in the netherlands and so on...
