Arduino R4 software

Hello on duty,

Well I have now a new R4 board but I do not find any explaination arround the evolution of the software for it ....
Example : for PE0 to PE3 do they have a wiring name ??? A6 et A7 ??? is there new functions ... are I2C n°1 declare .... how to use

Also some explanation about JP1 could be usefull ... maybe there is a name or routing problem concerning jp1 ...
